Our email servers are managed internally, physical protection via manned office entry points, biometric logins, and CCTV surveillance is also implemented, Logical protection is ensured by means of antivirus / malware software / Email & Data Firewalls. Removable storage devices like pen drives, smart phones are blocked on workstations. Access to internet sites (email/ftp/online storage) is blocked by use of industry class firewall software. In short, the users can only access data if allowed. Since inception, we have not had any breaches. We use Quick Heal Internet Security Solutions to assure our IT security. We are also aware and take care of norms for data privacy & information protection.

We operate on High speed internet connections achieving 100 Mbps speeds. We also have spare back up Internet lines operated by different Internet Service Provider in order to assure Zero downtime as far as Internet availability is concerned.
