CA. Gaurav J. Mehta is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of post-qualification experience in the finance and accounts domain.
Besides being a fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he is commerce graduate (B.Com) from the Gujarat University affiliate L J College of Commerce (now R J Tibrewal College of Commerce). He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA (USA) and DISA (ICAI, India)).
Gaurav has a sound background in fund raising facilitating projects and trade financing. He possesses excellent accounts management skills facilitating decisive management reporting. He is especially skilled at strategic planning and budgetary controls. With his proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits he is a suitable advisor when it comes to finance management, cost reductions, internal controls and productivity improvements.
Additionally, he is a functional expert in designing and implementing ERP systems. He is also an expert on the foreign exchange control regulations and tax advisory matters. He has the knack to build and lead highly efficient teams and train personnel.
He has a diversified experience working with industries in Steel, Information technology, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Tourism etc. Before establishing GJM & Co., he has scaled up the corporate ladder as the Financial Controller of a chemical distribution and trading giant named Petrochem Middle East India (a UAE based group). Prior to that, he worked as a Finance Manager for a steel manufacturing and trading giant named Stemcor (a UK based group). He began his career with Patni Computer Systems Ltd as an ERP functional consultant in 2005.

CA Chitra G. Mehta is a fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) having over 10 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant and also closely associated with corporates as a business advisor in various Industries.
Besides being a CA, she’s a Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University affiliate HL College of Commerce, she is also an expert on Goods & Service Tax and Import & Export regulations and compliances.
She also specialises in areas of project financing, audits, income tax, excise, foreign exchange regulations, treasury management, RBI and DGFT compliances and Gujarat State Industrial Policy consulting.
